Are your rings 100 % Copper?
Each ring is created using 100% pure copper. Copper is used for both the ring band and the setting providing a very unique look.
Are your stones ethically sourced?
All of our gemstones are ethically sourced and conflict-free. We use only natural and authentic gemstones that have not been dyed or heat treated. Each stone is left raw providing a genuinely natural design.
Can I expect my ring to look like the photos?
All gemstones vary in size, shape, and color. Your ring will be unique in that no two gemstones are the same. Each order is for one ring per purchase except for our bridal sets.
Can I choose my gemstone?
Yes, we do offer this service for a small fee. Add this option to your order and we will provide you with 8 different gems to choose from.
What if I don’t see my size?
Our rings are listed in whole and half sizes. If you need a specific size, just send us an email after your order is placed and we will be happy to make it for you.
Do you offer custom requests?
Yes! We love trying out new things. Send us an email and let’s talk.
How long can I expect before my ring will ship?
Since most of our rings are made to order, we ask you to allow up to 5 days for your order to ship. Delivery times vary based off your choice of delivery service, international customs, and fees.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We do not offer exchanges or return on custom requests.
We do offer exchanges and returns on standard orders. All exchanges and returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving your order.
How will copper affect my skin?
Copper reacts with the acidity of your skin. Some people do have a higher level of acidity and this can cause your skin to turn a green or blue color. We do seal our rings, but you can add another coat using a jewelry sealer or clear nail polish if you wish.
If you would prefer your band remain unsealed, please let us know via email after purchase.
What is the best way to care for my ring?
Keeping copper dry and free from moisture will help your ring to keep its natural shine. Gently wipe with a soft cloth if needed and keep gems out of prolonged direct sunlight.
What if I order the wrong size?
We do accept returns if processed within 7 days of receiving your order. Once set in a band, the gemstone can not be replaced or removed. However, you can return your ring for a new one of a different size.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All of our rings are shipped in a gift box, tied with a ribbon, and ready for gift giving.
